Sipping and returns

We proudly offer FREE LOCAL shipping via ZipMail/Jamaica Post for Local Delivery with 48 Hours of Dispatch. 

 

 Please note that after placing your order we require 1 to 8 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

 

Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your Parish or City it will take 12-48 Hours – Via ZipMail or Knutsford Express.

 

We work with Suppliers in North America to distribute their products, some of the unpopular products are shipped directly to us from our Suppliers overseas as we only keep the most frequently bought product in hand for faster delivery. Due to the nature of shipping and logistics businesses, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

 

Tracking your order:

 

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package after dispatch. 

 

To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page If you are unsure of your Tracking ID Please allow 5 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately (Within 12 Hours) at orders@naturesunshine.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect Shipping address.

 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

 

Nature’s Sunshine Jamaica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.

Returns:

 

By placing an order with Nature’s Sunshine Jamaica, you the Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Nature’s Sunshine Jamaica.
